It’s always a challenge to sketch an aircraft. You may think it’s an easy exercise.
An aircraft fuselage is a streamline edifice that is graceful and proportionally beautiful. This may give you false hope that your sketching attempt would be straightforward and simple, but that is far from the truth.
Great iconic artists of the past identified similar gracefulness and proportional beauty in the female nude figure; the ingenuity of nature. Aircraft design today is a manifestation of engineering wizardry and technological ingenuity: Streamline bodies in the skies.
