Easter holidays in Hong Kong is a signal for the locals to visit their families in China. They go there in the thousands…flooding the train system like a tidal wave! I got caught in the commotion at the border train station and it was impossible to get across the border to my Shenzhen office. Not wanting to be non productively for the day, I visited Sha Tin on my return to Hong Kong to find an interesting place to sketch. How disappointing I was to be…and after more than a hour walking around I came upon the Bridge Over Shing Mun River. Nevertheless I still had to seek the composition that could make an interesting sketch…
